Sebil Spat Brahloka, an accomplished interior architect and the General Manager of Norm, graduated with high honors in Interior Architecture from Hacettepe University in Turkey in 2013/2014. As an Erasmus student at Hochschule Coburg, she actively participated in architecture and design workshops and exhibited her works at different places like (upcycled furniture) Heimtextil Frankfurt etc.. After her bachelor's, she started her professional journey at Adafen Yapi in Ankara. Currently pursuing her master's at Hacettepe University, Sebil is deeply committed to sustainability in design. Since 2017, she has been a lecturer at the Integrated Design and Architecture faculty, where she promotes eco friendly practices through "reuse-reduce-recycle" projects. Sebil has also expanded her expertise by taking AR VR classes, applying this knowledge to their innovative projects. She contributes significantly to the academic field, publishing at least one article annually in conferences. In her pursuit of providing cutting-edge knowledge to her students, Sebil actively engages in real-world projects, working on various residential and commercial ventures as an interior designer.


Sinem Dana serves as the legal representative of Norm Interior L.L.C. She is an accomplished graduate of Hacettepe University, where she excelled in the Faculty of Fine Arts with a major in Interior Architecture and Environmental Studies from 2014 to 2018, earning the distinction of an Honor Student. She completed her undergraduate education with a full scholarship under the Turkey Scholarships program. During her academic journey, Sinem gained experience as an intern at “Diarko” in Prizren and “Kelebek Furniture” in Ankara. She participated in numerous exhibitions held in Ankara, including the Cankaya Contemporary Art Museum where she showcased her exceptional talents. Following her formal education, Sinem's passion for sustainability and heritage preservation led her to participate in several long-term workshops, including "Adaptive Re-use of KinoBahce" and "Art Led Regeneration of Tabak Bridge," organized by CHwB Kosovo. She was also interviewed by UNDP Kosovo for their publication,"Cultural Heritage in the Hands of Young People," showcasing her commitment to preserving cultural heritage.Her dedication to the arts and heritage field led her to contribute as a venue assistant at the Autostrada Biennale. Furthermore, Sinem Dana has extensive experience working as a freelance interior architect on various projects, showcasing her versatility and creativity.
